1) Digital service
Orders are digital services. Once work has started, refunds may be limited. MTech-67 may issue refunds at its discretion where a paid solution is not working or a refund is approved by support.
2) Refund window
If a refund is approved, it will generally be handled within 3 days of the decision.
3) How to request
Contact support from the related order/ticket and provide the reason. If approved, credits may be refunded to your account. You can also email Support@mtech.com.
